Singh Jaw Crushers' cavity design is developed through years of experience. The Jaw opening and depth of the Jaw crusher cavity have received special attention. The correct cavity design assures great performance while removing unnecessary height from the crusher, making Singh crushers ideal for portable applications.
The equipment is fitted with specially designed strong conveyors. To increase the belt life, impact idles are installed at important points. The proper placement of scrapers protects the belt from early wear and tear. The equipment is fitted with a dust/quarry waste conveyor, which enables the removal of undesired material before it enters the crusher, thus increasing the Jaw crusher’s capacity while reducing unwanted wear and tear.
